Welcome to the happiness podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. This past weekend was my daughter's birthday,

0:15.0

and one of the traditions we have in places

0:18.0

every year, once year,

0:20.0

we go to a local donut shop called Krispy Kreme.

0:23.0

They're donuts that are excellent, the best I've ever had.

0:26.0

And if you ever come to California, get them sometimes.

0:29.0

I think they sell them at other states.

I go get a dozen donuts because it's a better price and I eat them throughout the weekend along with my daily visit.

1:27.0

Now with that we would all begin to wonder, am I making good choices and could this have negative impacts on my health and my

1:34.7

waistline?

1:35.7

I think we all know the answer.

1:37.6

Yes, it will.

1:39.5

But as you can probably tell, this doesn't happen overnight. Most of the things that we do for ourselves

1:45.2

that aren't good for us slowly develop and they begin with sometimes just say, I like this,

1:52.4

or let me just give this a try.
