He teaches creative writing at Syracuse University, and it's won many awards for his writing,

Okay, so I've heard you say that you were, that you initially aspire to be a short story writer,

which I think is kind of unusual so I was just curious

why did you want to be a short story writer specifically? Well you know I was I went to

engineering school at the School of Mines in Colorado so So my training was in geophysics and I had sort of a
