we had done man hunts and tactical operations where snipers may have been deployed, but that unprecedented event in Waco was sort of the first real out-of-state deployment for me. And then my first case as a bomb technician was the Murrow building. The only example of a large vehicle-borne IED was the first trade center attack, which was horrible.
