He's got one of the most famous gyms in America, probably in the world.

He's written some incredible e-books. I was chatting just before we went on air about a documentary

that he's got online, that is incredible. I'm sat opposite him so if you're watching this on

Well, the quick version of my story is I'm 41 years old now.

I started at 21, so I've been in the industry for 21 years.

As a kid, I wanted to be a pro football player,

had dreams of playing in the NFL.

When I was 17 years old, I developed a tumor in my spine. I was misdiagnosed for four years I had back

surgeries over a hundred different procedures I was miserable in a lot of pain I
