(20:28) - Question 1 - Another question is how do I get my parents motivated to be fit and healthy. I have watched my whole life and tried to get them to eat healthier and be active but to no avail. My mom is easier to convince and motivate but she got in a car accident and hurt her back so it’s hard to motivate her when shes in pain most of the time. Any suggestions?🥺
