| 1:16.1 | Just locating tension in my body, softening my belly, opening up my rib cage from the front and the back with a good breath. |
| 1:24.4 | We're trained so often to hold in our bellies all the time to look thinner and to have, you know, a better appearance. |
| 1:30.5 | But really opening up that space in our core and softening to feel that sense of openness and relaxation helps to center us in our bodies and reset and reset our posture. |

| 1:52.3 | Those are spaces where often allow you to move through your day with more awareness. |
