1:14.1	They struggle to get to that next level. And I know why. This is what's crazy. I know exactly why
1:20.3	they're struggling. And it's a very simple concept and a very simple thing that they need to
1:24.2	take a little bit more seriously. And I'm going to talk about five things or five reasons, I should say, that's a better way to
1:30.0	say it, five reasons why they are struggling with this specific thing.
1:35.2	So for some context, I talk to a lot of people about their Amazon businesses.
1:40.8	And I've talked to a lot of people now over the past two years.
1:42.9	I could very confidently say I've talked to hundreds of of people now over the past two years. I could very confidently say I've talked
1:45.5	to hundreds of people. So that would say that would mean over 200 people who are running a business,
1:51.4	starting a business, you know, scaling their business. Over 200 people I've spoken with about Amazon.
