staying connected and apply it to your unique situation because connection and sharing your calm and

helping kids regulate looks very different from family to family. There's like not

this one-size-fits-all approach or like one phrase that you're going to

say to your child that's sort of some magic potion that's going to get them to pull it together,

right, and get with the program.
