Last week, we're going to get into a little bit of my weekly recap.

Last week was, like, not great, but not, not like terrible. I also want to just remind everybody

that if you didn't have a good first week of 2023, please do not beat yourself up for it.

Like there is so much opportunities for, you know, your goal setting and vision boards and all

bad week this week that doesn't reflect your year at all. So I just want to mention that in the

beginning of this episode because I feel like sometimes people get a little too hard on

theirself and yeah, I just wanted to highlight that. So yeah, my week wasn't terrible but wasn't great. I ended up getting my period

last week. And as you girls know, getting your period is never fun. And I am not on birth control

or anything. So I get really, really bad cramps and all that. And yeah, it was just a week.

So I just kind of like went in with that

mindset where I was just kind of like, ugh, like I hate getting my period. I don't think
