We have officially entered 2023 and I am feeling so good about this year, guys, for everyone

I think this is going to be a fantastic year

for all of us. I can feel it. And I'm just so excited to being a new year. So, hi, guys. Welcome to

2023. Welcome to Part 2 of How to Thrive in 2023. It has been a hot minute minute and I apologize that I took last week off.

I think it was just easier for me to push the episode to this week instead of last week just

because there was so much going on with the holidays and it was just hard to coordinate me

recording and editing the episode and I just wanted to make sure

everything was done perfectly and I just really didn't have the time to be honest last week.

So that is why it is posted this week.

But hello, I am sorry.

I am back this week and I'm back recording.

It feels kind of weird because I took technically, I guess, almost two weeks off.

But you know what?

It was a much needed break.

I feel like December was so crazy.

And I think it was crazy for everybody.
