I actually woke up literally doing the podcast in my brain.

I have this thing where if I'm going to bed or waking up, but like just in at such a deep state

of relaxation, I start like actually filming and talking to myself in my head and like just

preparing to do my job in my brain.

So I woke up and I was just going through all of my moods, going through my week.
