Welcome back to another episode of mood with Lauren Elizabeth. I'm

Obviously we're all going through an interesting time in life, in the world,

But first let's jump into best mood and worst mood of the week. Wow, wow, wow, wow,

we are still here in quarantine going on probably over two weeks now. I think I had a bit of a

denial phase where I thought, you know, I've been doing my part. This is going to be over soon,

right? But no, no, no, no, we are going to be in quarantine for another month. But at least we

you know, we have a we have a number. We have a definite answer right now. So at least things aren't

up in the air, which makes it a little bit better. I'm going to start off with my worst mood this

week because I feel like it kind of goes into the best mood. And my worst mood this week, I think

I'm going to use the word in the mood of kind of like self-doubt when you're just in that mood of

you're kind of comparing yourself to other people. You kind of become hard on yourself. You're

doubting yourself whether it's I'm not pretty enough. I don't look like anyone else or it's how am I

going to be successful? Like nothing's going to work out for me. I'm the worst just having those

kind of inner monologues that are not the nicest for yourself. And I feel like I felt that way.

I don't know, I think with everything going on in the world, there's a lot of uncertainty of what's

going to happen next, especially for jobs. And then it just kind of trickles down into the rest
