it's mostly young girls and I feel like we do struggle a lot with anxiety and procrastination and just getting over ourselves in our head. You know what I mean?

Absolutely, yeah. There's a huge trend and it's been going on.

I think a lot of it started certainly in the UK in the 80s, there was this expectation that you had to be a go-getter

what you had to be massively successful you had to push yourself and the harder you pushed yourself the stronger you were

and the better a person you'd be. And it created what we tended to call over here and I don't know whether you did the same in Canada, but it was sometimes called yuppy flu and it becomes what is chronic fatigue syndrome
