thoughts about this whole Cross-Fit CEO, Nick Jonas, you know, tweet thing that's going on.

Anybody want to share and Eileen had some serious, serious thoughts that she

wanted to share and I was like this is fantastic you are

up next on the podcast so for those of you who don't know there's basil and it's not

going to stop for those of you who don't know the CEO of Cross Fit tweeted out a really kind of horrible tweet about I mean it was just horrible in nine different ways it's going to be hard to describe to you here in the

open but he insults pretty much the diabetes community and and at some point

Basel's not going to stop at some point, Basil's not going to stop.

At some point, Nick Jonah starts firing back at him at Twitter.

They have an argument.

The diabetes community goes after, cross-fit in different forms of social media and it just became a big story but it had a lot of

underlying thoughts that that really you can hear now I'm completely befuddled with my foot dog

well not basil buddy huh come on kid just one second here anyway it's a really

great conversation don't let this intro fool you.
