And in part one, we discussed Mark Hughes and his time at Wales and by Munich and a very

very special day indeed we talk about the NFL lineman Chris Jenkins doing something that I find

difficult to margin being signed off and so the good sides of social media it's just a quick

message if you listen before I'm sure you know what's

coming. I'm recording a Welsh language stand-up show for S4C at the Lyric Theatre in Kmarthen,

and there are still tickets left. I'm doing two shows, the 6pm and 8pm shows. So if you're a

Welsh speaker or you know a Welsh speaker who would like a little

bit of stand-up, I'm almost finished with the tour now as I'm recording this. So the shows come

together. If you can think of anyone who would fancy it, please do send them along because I want

it to look nice and full on telly. So yeah, people are, oh God, yeah, isn't he dead impressive?

So yeah, it'd be really good.

There's not a huge amount of tickets left for the 8pm, very few actually,
