You know there's there's gratitude. There's so many studies around gratitude and you know I think that the fight or flight mechanisms

that are constantly being tapped into on social media

makes people, one, feel like they, constantly at odds with their neighbor, makes it harder for

them to be, feel grateful.

Everything's always a problem because like I think a lot of people, they don't realize that they're just like they're missing some of these core aspects, the fundamental aspect of being a human. A human. Let's go.
