I think that the best advice that I I have received as a human being is

Was it was a really long ongoing journey with my with my therapist and she supported me in uncovering

What projection feels like like how to how to figure out find out and understand what it's like to be projected onto

When other people are trying to identify you and label you in a way that you do not label or identify yourself

And so I got to this place of realizing that I was

Kind of this very adaptable

chameleon to fit into these two to different environments and

She offered me the perspective when I would share with her these different moments that I was going through she would she would identify them and

acknowledge them and so I've gotten to a place now where I can see when that's happening

And that's been a huge

Huge part of my journey on self-love and self-worth

Just this idea that I get to be who I am and define who I am
