I'm going to read a quote by OSHO to get us started.

OSHO says, the greatest fear in the world is of the opinions of others.

And the moment you are unafraid of the crowd, you are no longer a sheep, you become a lion.

A great roar arises in your heart, the roar of freedom.

Again, that was the OSHA.

That brings us down to why we have this nagging fear, and it is a true fear in many people of the opinions of others.

It can really start to close your life down because there's always that nagging thought.

Well, actually three thoughts. Let's look at them this way. The what if questions,

what if they don't approve, what if they don't like this and that what if they don't

care about me the second one is mind reading.

Thinking that we know what other people are thinking is like a vicious cycle and it's a trap.

And the third one, critical self-talk, right?

We are the ones that are thinking these negative thoughts

about our own self.
