My job is to somehow make them curious enough or persuade them by Hooker Crow to get more aware of themselves and where they came from and what they are into and what is already there and just to bring it out.

This is what compels me to compel them and I will do it by whatever

means necessary.

Hello, hello, and welcome to the latest episode of Black Girls Heel. So in today's episode, we are going to talk about can you stay friends with your ex as a love addict.

And I need to really heavily emphasize as a love addict.

I know that there are people all over who will feel very strongly about this and will say,

well, of course you can say friends with your ex.

If I don't understand a lot of people can't say friends with an ex that says something about them and their emotional

with charity and you know we're adults and da da da da da da.

And there are people who will say otherwise for their own reasons.

When I am speaking on this podcast, especially when I qualify it, for those of us who are love

addicts, it is because the way that we show up in relationships are triggers what's important to us what happens

when what we need is not being provided what happens in our

mind, mind, what is triggered within our trauma stories is very unique and different.

And also the consequences that happen from that, or at least the levels that we will go

when we are triggered in this way is more extreme than other people.
