Hello, True Health Seekers. Welcome to a mini episode of the Learn True Health Podcast.

It's been a few days since I published a show. Today is my birthday. I am 38. I think it's a great number and I knew I've been so

busy I haven't had a chance to publish an episode this week I thought you know I have

so much to share and so much is going on,

that I should just jump on the mic and give you guys an update. I've received a tremendous amount of wonderful fan

mail in the last few months and I would like to read you a few of

the letters because it's hard for me to read it without crying. It's so amazing and so

inspiring and what the common message in all the

emails from you, the listener, is that this podcast is making a huge difference

in your life and that you're sharing it with all your friends and family

because you're helping them, you're making a difference in their life by doing it.

I even had one of our listeners recently, Facebook messaged me and said that because of one particular

episode and the advice that was given, her mom is freaking out, her mom listened to it, and her

mom now feels 10 years younger and so much healthier.

That's so exciting.

It's so exciting to know that my listeners

are sharing episodes with their mom, with their dad,

with their husband, with their kids,

you know, with their coworkers and their sisters

and they're really making a difference because we have so many wonderful experts on the show.

I said this before but I feel like I'm a listener of the show. Sometimes I feel like I'm the observer observing the show take place and so I'm right there

with you as a listener enjoying the learning experience from all of these guests. You know, two years ago, I was such a different person.
