I'm exceptionally well. Thanks for asking, Rory. I'm so glad to be here. This is a brand new season of the counseling tutor podcast. We're just coming out of an academic break. I'm so excited because we've got a new format for those of you that watch the podcast on YouTube. And if you're not watching it on YouTube, got a YouTube and putting counseling tutor podcast. You'll find us there. You'll see there's a slightly different look specifically on my side. I've changed studio. Being posh, Rory, I've just moved house. Studio. Theory in Practice.

And this is where we're going to be taking common theories

held in counseling and psychotherapy,

but looking not so deep at the

theory, but how does that theory really apply in the real world practice? Theory in itself,

reading it from a textbook can sometimes be dry, but when you put it into practice,

ho-ho, it's when the real magic happens, Rory. I'm looking forward to that section.
