virtual environment and it's been some time since we've hit on this topic on the

show in the past but I've received a few questions

from folks in our listening community and our mastermind about how to effectively

not only lead a virtual team but also for those of you who are leading teams in person or in a

physical environment of wondering how do I leverage more effectively some of the

virtual options that are out there for virtual

teams in the virtual workforce. That's something that many people are

wondering about these days and there's a lot of opportunity but there's also a
