Welcome, everybody. I'm so excited to be here for our meditation series. We're going to be dropping new brief meditations every Monday to help relieve anxiety related to lots of different concerns people have. So I'm so excited to be here with you. This is Allison, and I just want to say before we begin, I want you to please

Let's get started and find a comfortable position.

And just close your eyes.

Get into a place where you feel safe and you're comfortable.

I just want to welcome you.

This short meditation is designed to help you feel calm, safe, and supported when driving feels really overwhelming or if you have some anxiety related to driving.

So when you find your comfortable position,

you can be either seated,

you can lie down, whatever makes you feel the most comfortable,

and allow your body to settle.

And close your eyes.

Now take a slow breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.

And let's do that again.

Inhale through your nose and exhale fully.
