YNAP where we teach you four rules to help you stop looking paycheck to paycheck,

get out of debt and save more money. Talked about a book last week, Titan,

the biography of John E. Rockefeller, favorite book in the last decade

of reading that I've done. Another one that I've just finished is called Deep Work.

It's by Cal Newport. very, very excellent.

It's all about setting aside time, cutting off,

carving out moments, long moments, perhaps,

where you can do your deep best work.

And I couldn't help it think, as I was reading this,

I highly recommend it.

As I was reading this, I was reminded of the deep work that is required,

the grueling intellectual challenge that it is, to really

just find out even what you want.

And we've been kicking around kind of a big change in the Meekham household and it's tough you have to really get to the heart of issues and that requires some deep thinking some long moments of

concentrated conversation note-taking, analysis.

And I feel like sometimes we're a little bit too flipping.

And this is what I liked about the book,

is if you really want your brain to be unleashed on something,

if you want problems to be solved

you have to be willing to sit down and kind of wrestle with an issue
