I asked Maggie to talk about something we are not prepared. I feel like a lot of people ask us to talk about this and we never have. Yeah. Yeah. He was asking me questions and I was just like, oh, I don't know. But like I do know. And it's just going to be more one of those. Like I think my brain is moving like a little bit slower today. And so if there

0:38.0

are long pauses, it's just because I'm trying to like make sure that I articulate. I wouldn't say

0:42.7

it's super serious, but I would say that it's heavy. It's a heavier topic when it comes to weight loss,

1:22.2

you cope with the feelings of like being disgusted with the way your body looks? And see,

1:26.4

when he brought that up, like, I know so many of you struggle with that.

1:30.3

I can't say that's ever something that I specifically have struggled with.

1:35.7

I feel like, and maybe it's just because my flavor of emotion was less disgust and was more

1:42.1

shame, which so, so it was just different. I felt a lot of shame

1:45.5

about my body. I felt embarrassed, embarrassed that I had gained the weight that I had, being in

1:51.6

pictures, being at people's weddings, like those, which I, again, another thing that I coach on.

1:55.9

So I can't say that I don't have any experience with it, but my flavor was definitely different.
