Today we're going to talk about,

you guys need to loosen up.

I don't. I'm, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am free flowing through life on just a cloud of calmness. Because I do journal speak now. This is my whole thing for, you guys have heard in the past two episodes. I do the journal speak exercises.

I let my crazy thoughts out.

And I'm just perfectly calm.

But you guys,

you guys need to loosen up.

Maybe I occasionally need to loosen up.

Maybe, okay, maybe I occasionally ruin my family's lives during the holidays.

Like, we need to do this and we need to do that and this was supposed to be magical and you guys

weren't doing this.

What I want to talk about today is the idea of whatever rules or principles are important to you,

whatever have tos and shoulds you have in your life about the way

things should go, for example, for the holidays, you have to put up a Christmas tree. Come on.

You know, we're not like, you got, you know, you have to. It's not Christmas

if you don't put up a Christmas tree. Or even on, on more serious matters, like with faith, you know,

you have to go to church or you have to have a relationship with God. You have to be as good of a

person as you can based on the rules of your faith. Or for those of you who are
