how life is sometimes. And I hadn't experienced this past week where I just couldn't hold it in

anymore and I really felt like I needed to talk to somebody and I kept avoiding texting any of my

friends. And I eventually got to a point where I was like,

this is too bad. I need help. And so I texted one of my friends and I was like, could you just listen to me

for 10 minutes? Because that was all either of us had at the moment was 10 minutes. And she said,

of course. And so I just cried to her for 10 minutes

and let her know what my heart was struggling with. And she gave me the most beautiful gift,

which was the gift of listening. She didn't judge me or tell me what to do. She just loved me

and she listened. And after I talked to her, I didn't have any answers
