So there have been some changes since the last time you're on your show.

What's new with Venice Media and what's new with you?

I just think about some of the experiences that we've had this year that are things that I could

have never imagined a few years back.

We've been to Google twice this year and we have this interactive map project that we're working on.

So one of the ideas with Vinis is that I don't want people to be just solely focused on points.

I think it's a result of this incredible obsession with points.

A lot of it is driven by people getting so much content delivered to them at once

that the only possible way that you can possibly deal with this in between picking up your

kids or making dinner or dropping off the dry cleaning is just to say,

just tell me what the 10 best wines are, the 20 best wines are.

Because if a publication puts out 3,000 or 4,000 reviews at once,

that's the only way our brains can really process this stuff
