body pump classes, weightlifting classes, boot camps. I then added in a personal trainer's license

and I did extended basically continuing education for

pre and postnatal certifications, for nutrition certifications, for a diastasis certification.

I'm currently in a course right now for a perimenopause and menopause certification,

which is amazing. I can't wait to share more in that course. It's phenomenal. So I've been in this

industry for a really long time. Now, as I mentioned, it's 20 years, but I've been doing

nutrition coaching and more hands-on coaching where I'm working on the workouts and I'm doing

the nutrition coaching and we're doing check-ins. I've been doing that for about 11 years

online, but I've been doing it for 12 to 13 years in general because I used to train clients in

person for two years. When my twins were born, I did it just out of my house, and then I switched to all
