In this episode, Warb, Ted, Greg, and I talk about overlooked buck bedding tendencies in hill country. Hunting a lot of different areas over the last few years we have experienced bedding tendencies that often don't get mentioned in most buck bedding conversations. Often times buck bedding is described by specific winds and terrain features but in our experience in a lot of situations buck beds are not limited to those specific spots. It seems that bucks utilize different areas based off of food sources, wind, and cover and those areas don't always end up being on the leeward wind side of a hill on the upper third.
