crying reel. But I'd love to know just a little bit about what you do first and then we could dive into that. So do you mind just telling our listeners a little bit about you and what you do?

Yeah, absolutely. So, yeah, my name's Emily. Emily Perrin, Let's see, where do we start?

I am a former soccer player, so I played soccer at UVA.

I graduated in 2012, and then really got straight into coaching.

I knew I wanted to coach.

I spent three years coaching as an assistant at the University of Pennsylvania,

which was awesome, but kind of quickly into that work.

I really felt like so so much of what I loved about coaching

wasn't really like the soccer and the exes and nose and recruiting.

It was the people. So I left coaching and kind of just wanted to take some time away from soccer and pivoted and started to get into the work that I do now, honestly, mostly because of my own mental health journey.

I mean, I have definitely struggled with my fair share of kind of chronic anxiety and panic disorder and yeah I really landed on kind of the work that I do with athletes
