Total Quantity Management here at Card Talk Plaza.

Is that total quality management?

Well it is, I mean this is a fad for those of you that haven't heard us that sweeping

boardrooms of America, this total quality management business.

And that's okay but here at Card Talk Plaza in in our garage we use a patented system

that we call total quantity management.

Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.

After all don't you want to get as much work as you can out of your employees?

Of course.

I mean isn't that the point?

What do you use like a whip?

No in our case we want to get as many cars in and out during the day as possible and

if they're not fixed well we'll try again when the customer brings them back to

complain.

That's right, total quantity.

So in and out doesn't matter what happens just get them in, get them up and get them out.

Get them out right.
