| 1:24.8 | with conflict or dealing with emotion or dealing with fear or approaches when we are overtired. |
| 1:32.3 | But it is very efficient to continue to return and invest in and engage in approaches that don't |
| 1:41.2 | work. So as we talk today I want you thinking about this question, do you need a different approach? |
| 1:50.4 | What approaches in your life do you need to change? Do you need to change the way you approach weight loss? |
| 1:56.8 | Do you need to change the way you approach being over emotional or being overtired or feeling |
| 2:03.2 | overwhelmed? What strategies are not working for you yet you continue to return to them? |
| 2:11.0 | For years I would say to myself this time is going to be different but nothing was different. |
