Summary
Spring is here and it's the perfect time to assess your life and clean up.
Do you have a junk drawer, bathroom, fridge, or closest that needs tending to? Spring is a great time to tackle these projects.
Today we discuss cleaning up, hiring people to help out, changing up your diet/doing a cleanse, and spending time with the right people.
Your physical environment impacts your internal environment (your mind), so this stuff runs deep.
Happy cleaning!

| 0:14.7 | inspiration to set your weekend off on the right foot and today we're going to be |
| 0:18.3 | talking about spring cleaning and since it is spring and it's a common time for people to, you know, really get in there and clean things up within their home, |
| 0:26.8 | we are going to embrace that even though it's an arbitrary thing like New Year's and going in and |
| 0:31.6 | setting intentions and making changes in your life. |
| 0:35.0 | Spring cleaning is also an arbitrary time to do this, but if it's what you need to get in there |
| 0:39.5 | and get things going, let it happen. And we're going to be talking about spring cleaning in so many different areas other than just the home, |
| 0:47.0 | but I am going to start off with just the home because Jesse and I happen to have just gotten our house cleaned. |
| 0:53.2 | We hired an eco cleaner in our area, |
| 0:56.1 | and she did a fantastic job at doing a deep clean. |
| 0:59.5 | And I think that's the key. |
| 1:00.6 | A lot of us do surface cleans, we tidy up and we keep our house relatively |
| 1:04.3 | organized but you don't realize how dirty things are until you have someone unravel and |
| 1:09.9 | uncover all the dust mites and all the hair if you have a dog and things that are going on behind the scenes. |
| 1:16.1 | So we are realizing the importance of this and we have decided to outsource this task of a deep clean |
| 1:21.6 | because as much as we know how to clean and we like to |
| 1:24.7 | clean we didn't necessarily want to spend the time I think she spent about eight hours in our |
| 1:29.9 | home doing a deep clean so we have outsourced this task and it's something we feel |
| 1:34.0 | really good about and it's something that's going to happen now on a regular basis. |
| 1:36.9 | So if it's not in the budget for you you can totally get in there and do the deep |
| 1:40.8 | cleaning of the home yourself but again like, like Marnie said, I think this cleaner came and spent like eight hours. |
