saying that over the last five years, I've learned a lot of different things. I've learned how to

podcast. I've learned the power of just talking to people and learning from their stories, right?

You've heard me say that in previous episodes that we all got this superpower that we need to share

with each other. All right.

I've learned that people can practice in so many different ways, right?

And that's one of the things that I pulled over these last five years is that practicing

medicine should look different to different people.

All right.

I'm going to say that again.

Practicing medicine should look different to different people, right?

And let me just clarify by just saying that I'm not talking about, you know, how you give antibiotics

or at a time that you give antibiotics or when someone goes to surgery or treatment patterns.

I'm not talking about that.

That stuff is in a different realm.

I don't want to jump into that.

I'm talking specifically about how you decide that you want to practice medicine in terms of where you work, where you live, what your practice lifestyle is, your work-life balance, things like being in a private practice versus being in a group practice versus being hospital employed, shift work versus individual practice.

I'm talking about those type of things right there has to be

or there should be room for medical professionals to thrive in all of those different avenues

and they should get equal attention so everybody knows what's available to them so on on this rerun episode, you're going to hear
