And there's certain episodes like every hundred or so when you have that nice flat number that kind of brings it to the forefront,

brings it to everyone's attention.

It's like, oh, my God, 2,300 episodes.

But really, 2299 was just as important.

2298, 2107, 92, 145, 706.

If I missed any of those episodes, today would be 2299 or 2298.

So every single episode is important.

So today is like, wow, today is 2,300.

Yeah, but every single episode before this was equally as important in that same context.

So take that and think about your meals. Think about your sleep. Think about your workouts. The workout today that I had

didn't bring me to where I am today with my physique or my strength or my mobility. It's all the

workouts before that. And if you make excuses, if you slack, if you skip workouts, if you avoid and you just

justify not executing on any of those days, then you won't be at episode 2300 either
