Today we are talking about the concept of having a winter arc, stepping into your winter

arc. Have you heard of this, Caitlin?

No, I've not.

Caitlin is not chronically online like I am. I know every trend. I know every trending sound.

I know all of that, like if the TikTok kids are into it, I'm not only aware of it, but I'm

probably doing it. I'm, I aware of it, but I'm probably doing it. I was thinking last

night, I was like, I spend so much time, you know, looking at things on the internet and I regret

nothing. I love being chronically online. I learned so much stuff. I mean, that's how,

I learn how to do makeup, how to do my hair. I learned so much stuff. I mean, that's how I learn how to do makeup,

how to do my hair. I learn about winter arcs. I, I just honestly love it. So, okay, so winter

arc is a concept, it's a concept on social media. And the idea behind having a winter arc is that you step into the idea of your life really

coming to a crescendo as we round out the year. You step into this idea that your life is a story.

And so the word arc comes from, you know, the arc of a

plot, of a play, of a movie, of a book. And you're really bringing it into a beautiful

swan song ending for the few weeks that we have until the end of the year. Now, some of us have

the kind of year where really the only place to go is up.
