I tell people I used to say after the age of 40 now it's like after the age of 10

you know what you do determines how you want to die. You know you with type 2 diabetes you you may

not have known this but you were making choices that said I'd like to have some amputations

I'd like to have my kidneys fail I'd like to go blind you know I'd like to have my kidneys fail. I'd like to go blind. You know, I'd like to have

peripheral neuropathy and then I'd like to die.
