Summary

Fax and Sharon Gilbert were among my first guests on BatGap (interview here). Recently, Fax has been interviewing a few people in Fairfield, Iowa under the auspices of Fairfield's Trillum Awakening group. 0:31.6	I didn't realize I was so popular. So we're here with Rick Archer. Sharon and I have known Rick and Irene for
0:42.0	decades. Over 25 years. We taught TM together. Actually, we were in the national
0:48.4	organ, TM organization in the marketing branch of it. We used to go to cities and do TM lectures. And so we've known
0:56.6	Rick for quite a while. And so I had the idea about six months ago. I'm a waking down teacher,
1:04.1	and I go to a lot of events throughout the United States, and people would come up to me and say,
1:09.5	you know, we start talking and they find out I was from Fairfield. and say, you know, we start talking, and they
1:10.9	find out I was from Fairfield, and say, Fairfield, do you know Rick Archer?
1:16.7	But they wouldn't say it like, do you know Rick Archer? They'd say it like, do you know
1:20.6	Rick Archer? And there was, we were in Australia doing some weekend courses about a year and a half ago.
1:30.3	And this fellow asked me where I was from and he goes,
1:33.3	Fairfield, Iowa. Do you know Rick Archer?
1:38.3	Who saved my life?
1:42.3	And so I had the idea, it might be neat to actually interview Rick, who's done an
1:50.0	unprecedented thing when you think about it. He's interviewed almost 230 people. You have interviewed
1:56.0	all these people and put it on the internet and it's live and so people not only get to hear these people
2:03.1	not just from reading about it or from or from listening but they get to see and get the feeling of the transmission of each of these people
2:10.6	and I've read a lot of the things that people have sent to you about how their lives have been transformed by one person
2:18.9	or another. There's a lot of ways to get to California, and it seems that certain ways
