1:13.0	before this interview and about 20 hours before the previous one, there's a real sweet
1:19.6	rapport between her and the people that she works with, and she works with small groups on
1:26.6	phone conferences, and probably in other ways as well, but that's what,
1:31.3	and extending over a period of months. So there's a sort of an ongoing course that people take and interact with Neelam.
1:38.3	And there's a very sweet family feeling that develops among the participants and a lot of personal attention.

1:57.3	enlightenment, maybe we'll see if you distinguish between those two words, is used a lot. You hear so many people saying, I had an awakening.
