1:04.3 | when it comes to that to-do list. All of you have a lot to do. I work with so many teens that have long lists of things to do |
1:14.5 | and expectations of them. And you guys all have a really long list. Nobody has any more time than |
1:22.4 | anybody else, though. So we all get 24 hours in every day. And there are people that have a lot to do that don't |
1:33.0 | get overwhelmed, that handle that to do list very well. And I am kind of fascinated by this because |
1:41.1 | I get overwhelmed really easy. And then I'll see someone and they have even more |
1:46.6 | things to do than I do, but they are totally cool and calm and even happy, which for my brain |
1:54.6 | is like, how do they do that? And so I have actually asked my friends and acquaintances many times, like, how do you get it all done while not feeling horrible doing it? |
