We typically deal with the spine, or I shouldn't say deal with.

We address the spine because the spine is, you know what, your posture is a window to the spine.

It's a window to the spine and nervous system.

So by influencing the spine and how it functions and how we can make it function better,

we're going to influence how our nervous system works.

And by that, if we can improve the function of our spine and nervous system,

well, now every system in the body will be able to work better, will be able to

function better, your body will be able to heal itself. I want to learn how to upgrade spinal
