here recording mostly I'm really happy because I'm sitting down because I feel like I haven't sat

down this week I mean it's not that there hasn't been a lot of sitting down there hasn't been a lot'm sitting down because I feel like I haven't sat down this week. I mean, it's not

that there hasn't been a lot of sitting down. There hasn't been a lot of sitting down on my own

terms. So that's the differentiator. I've been sitting. I've been sitting in a hospital room.

I've actually sat in two rehab facilities and two different rehab facilities and then and a hospital room this week.

So I've done a lot of sitting actually, but it's not been like in my office, in my comfort

zone, in my happy place. It's not been on my own terms on my own timeline. So finally at the end

of the week here, I'm recording this on Friday afternoon, and I'm sitting in my own office

for a little bit of time. And this is like where I just get to do my own thing. So, so happy to be

here. As we get started, I'm going to dive into this week and why it's been insane and why I've

call it my infirmary tour that I've been on this week. and we'll get into that in a minute. But before we get started

with that, something I'm going to be talking about today, I think goes really well with this review
