Summary

The UK’s favourite fitness coach is back with series two of his podcast. This summer, Joe will be speaking to inspirational friends and some of his favourite people to ask them what they do to keep themselves feeling mentally and physically strong in the face of life’s little challenges. Joe and Ellie catch up on life since they last saw each other - at her wedding two years ago, and they reminisce about how they first met. She explains why it was important that all the packaging for her latest album Brightest Blue, is as sustainable as possible and how she’s trying to cut out single use plastic. During lockdown, Ellie found herself turning to classical music to keep her nervous system calm, and she also reveals why she wrote a fitness and wellness book. This is sunshine in a podcast. 1:02.6	believe this since 31st August 2019, which was your wedding day and as a guest being at that
1:07.6	wedding it was such a spectacular day. I want to know what was that like for you that experience?
1:11.6	I know it's been a while but to be fair I haven't seen really anyone in the past, I guess,
1:17.6	year and a half, a couple years. It was such a fun day and just to be able to have that
1:25.6	day with my friends and family and in such an amazing place, my husbands were up north
1:32.6	so his family were delighted that we did it there and not down in London. It was such a
1:38.6	beautiful day and it was the one day I got to pick all the music and kind of curate that
1:46.6	a little bit so that was my pride and joy for the day. As we had Jack, we had Jack Garrett
