Today I'm just going to tell you what I'm doing and why I think it's a good move.

Then you've got to judge it for yourself and figure out if what I'm doing is intelligent and then consider what you're doing and see if you should implement some of what I am.

Definitely a big announcement as I sit here today. My book shelves are packed up. I've got

boxes on the floor. My desk is piled high with things and in a few minutes here I'm going

to be unplugging all of my computers and

podcasting in gear and getting those ready in the boxes and tomorrow morning I'm

going to go to you Hall truck and we're moving radical personal finance global

headquarters from the house that we own into a rental apartment.

It's actually a duplex.

We'll be running half of the duplex.

And I'll tell you the story behind it.

I'm not going to go into the details of all of the financial details simply because I'm

going to wait until the house is actually sold and then we'll do an autopsy of the finances

and I'll share with you how my home ownership adventure has been.
