but really I'm not, I'm just kind of getting a hit of it when really doing the heavy lifting

of the journaling, the therapy, the reprocessing and programming of old habits. That's really what I need to do to shift my life. But,

you know, feels almost as good to just think about doing it and hear other people talk about doing
