What's up guys it is Nick and today it is going to be just Nick and Tyler and Tyler is going

to do the majority of the talking because I'm going to interview well quote unquote interview

him and get a rundown of what his weekly routine is what his day in a week or I'm saying

that terribly wrong a day in the life a week a week a week a week in the life of Tyler

grace strap in the thing strap in you guys better but because it's crazy a lot of fun

5.5 point yes you're going to need it I wish my life was that exciting but Nick and I

wanted to put some time aside for a couple of one-on-one podcasts based on the reception

of the the last one that we did and I texted Nick this morning was like yo like let's

give people a peek inside what our life looks like and what our routines look like and

I think that that's always eye opening and I always enjoy hearing what other people do

and what works for them and what makes them click so that's what we're going to dig into

today both touch on everything from eating habits and diet to sleep to hobbies exercise work

you know how I balance my work day how many hours I'm or days I'm putting in in a week

what you know how I spend my time with work social and family so I also ask Tyler why he gave

up out yeah so we do we do get that answer yeah so hopefully it's pretty insightful if you have

whatever it may be but I think that you know this this has been quite a few years in the making

and I'm sure that we've gone into our own lives and kind of who we are but I know we've brought on

a lot of new listeners along this journey and I think that at least it'll give you a little insight
