Hey guys, it's Nick and I got Tyler here with you're doing the intro. I'm doing the

0:10.9

intro. It's like old times. Well, I was gonna, I figured we'd volley this back.

0:15.7

Okay, you first. No, you did it. Oh, okay, then you second. Well, either way, it's Tyler

0:25.1

and I this week again, you guys gave us a ton of response on the just a couple weeks ago

0:31.2

when we recorded just a one-on-one Tyler and I conversation this week. We're talking, we're

0:38.1

talking specifically about kids and introducing education and this goes way beyond our industry,

0:47.2

like way beyond construction, but realizing that in my opinion, and I think as you'll listen

0:53.4

to this, you'll realize that we are educating people way too late in life and trying to

0:59.9

course correct them based on like 25 years old. Hey, you should follow what your passion

1:05.1

1:14.1

know, an excavator ripping up this, ripping up the street when their, you know, their

1:19.2

parents told them, don't you don't want to get into that industry. It's too backbreaking.

1:23.5

For sure. And like to kind of touch on that, I was watching a clip from a podcast where

1:30.0

the guy was basically saying that he regretted, if you were to do it over again, he would have

1:35.3

taken his 20s to really self-explore and figure out what he wanted to do and find direction

1:42.2

and then, you know, when he was in his late 20s, early 30s, then pursue the career. And

1:48.5

while that seems amazing, that would be great. I think that at that point, it's again too

1:54.8

late. I think that exposing yourself to all of these things as a younger boy or girl and then

2:02.1

exploring them in your teens, potentially foregoing sports to look into other things where it's

2:09.3

not, you don't have to take that. The path that everyone else has kind of trampled to death,

2:16.6

where I think that, you know, you can start exploring these things as a late elementary school kid,
