Hey everybody, welcome to part two of this week's socially distant sports bar.

This is the bit where we do the documentary and the bit

where we do the book. If you have not listened to part one yet, every now and

then the other two are clever enough to do back references to stuff that we talked about earlier on or just to

throw a little one-liner out that is a bit of a zinger and if you haven't

listened to part one you just go I don't get it so I would listen to part one

first if I were you but it's entirely your choice.

If you want to watch the documentary before you listen to us talking about the documentary

it is Sly on Netflix that we are looking at. Yes I know that is about the movie star Sylvester still

alone. Never sure why you get sly out of Sylvester. Anyway, at Distant Bod if you

know. If you want to watch that that is what we talk about. The guy wrote

Rocky, okay? He is Rocky.

Rocky is a boxer, therefore we can choose that document.

It's also our podcast, we can do what we want.

But it's a sports thing.

It's fine, it's good, it's all cool. And the book this time round is by a guy called Richard Asquith who is a cracking writer when it comes to the world of running and his book is called The Race Against Time.
