summer. The summer went by super quick for us and now we are back in the swing of all the things.

I've been talking to a lot of you and working with you personally and I thought this week it would be good to do a podcast on tryouts

and specifically when it comes to tryouts feeling nervous. Many of you are questioning whether

or not to even try out for things because you're so nervous

and I get messages from you guys like what can I do so I don't feel so nervous because I want to

try out for this so some of you are at one end of the spectrum where you're like still questioning

should I try out do I have the skills and abilities to try out but then also there's this other

end of the spectrum where a lot of you are super confident in your skills and abilities to try out. But then also there's this other end of the spectrum where a lot of

you are super confident in your skills and you maybe you know that you'll make the team, but you're

still really nervous. Okay. And so I just want to say that no matter what range you're in when it

comes to trying out for things, Like everybody feels nervous. Everybody gets scared

to try out for things. But people who can get to the point of embracing nervousness and not

letting the nervousness stop them from doing things and trying things, those are the people who are

going to have more opportunities, more the people who are going to have more opportunities,

more exciting things that are going to happen in their life. And they're just going to have
